How is 'The Sandman' Connected to Netflix's 'Lucifer'?
Lucifer fans have been anxiously awaiting the arrival of Season 4 on Netflix. There’s so much to look forward to, from the fallout from the Season 3 finale to the addition of Eve to the cast. But there’s something fans maybe didn’t expect to see in Season 4, a breakout character that slays the competition and steals every single scene.
I’m talking about Tom Ellis’ butt.
While Lucifer on Netflix is pretty much the same wicked romp it was when it aired on Fox, the show reacted to Netflix’s “no rules” policy when it comes to nudity and the result is just right. Throughout Season 4, Lucifer’s devilish derriere appears again and again, and it is heavenly. In fact, it doesn’t take that long for this new fan favorite presence to appear.
We meet Lucifer’s butt just five minutes into the season premiere!
Nothing says “we’re on Netflix now, baby!” like straight Donald Ducking it before the credits even roll. But if this was the only appearance of Tom Ellis’ butt in Season 4, it would merely qualify as a cameo. But that’s not the case. In fact, Ellis’ rear is a recurring character in Season 4!
No spoilers–The next time we see the Luci-butt is in episode 5, when he hangs (offscreen) dong and immediately gets a surprise visit from Chloe.
This behind really takes the lead in the next episode. First, Lucifer makes the revealing mistake of wearing ass-less slacks to a crime scene.

And later in the episode, Lucifer embraces Netflix’s anything goes style by dropping the cast in a nudist colony. This is it, the moment Lucifer’s butt has been waiting three and a half seasons for! He’s joined by Aimee Garcia’s Ella Lopez on his investigation.
Then we get this, maybe the best shot in all of Season 4?
I’m just saying if Tom Ellis’ butt is looking for headshots while searching for future roles, that’s it. Of course there’s a whole lot more to see in Season 4 beyond Tom Ellis’ butt, but you gotta admit this is one helluva debut.
