Tyler Perry’s A Madea Family Funeral
Forget Avengers: Endgame, this is the final Madea movie, y’all! The 10th (!) installment in the long-running comedy franchise came to a close with this mournful installment–well, as mournful as a Madea movie can be. You know there’s gonna be a lot of tea spilled and lots of laughs, along with some moments that’ll get you right in the heart if you’ve been following these characters for the last 14 years. Will Smith’s streak as the King of Summer was broken when this under-performer opened in 1999, but what a difference 20 years makes! Wild Wild West is a bizarre western romp starring one of the most charismatic actors ever. Is it worth the price of a full movie ticket? Debatable. Is it worth a $0.99 rental? Oh, sure!
