The world’s ugliest custody battle is only picking up steam as Southern Charm‘s Kathryn Dennis is denying yet another new round of claims from ex Thomas Ravenel that state she is unfit to parent Kensie, 5, and Saint, 3.

Last week’s court documents show Ravenel pointing to a failed drug test in his fight for sole custody over the two young children; Dennis’s urine reportedly tested positive for marijuana in June 2019, and a second test, as well as a hair sample, reportedly came back positive for the drug, too. Dennis also addressed her complicated relationship with marijuana on this week’s episode of the Bravo series.

The latest news published by Daily Mail came from “hundreds of pages of depositions, sworn affidavits, text messages, emails, bank statements and medical records” that Ravenel’s attorneys had previously submitted to the court, and included the claims that Dennis is “addicted to prescription medications, marijuana, alcohol, shopping and sex.” The Daily Mail also claims to have seen medical reports that allege Dennis had an abortion while in rehab. Ravenel goes so far as to state in his affidavit, “This makes me wonder if Kathryn’s time at Promises was a ruse and that she really went to California to have an abortion.” He also points to her credit card and bank statements to allege she started drinking again upon her release from rehab.

These documents also include an affidavit from Ashley Pillar, an ex-boyfriend Dennis dated after she left rehab from 2016-2017, who claims that while they were dating she was “addicted to prescription medications, marijuana, alcohol, and sex.” There’s also a text message from one of Dennis’ friends which seems to indicate that they purchased Adderall for her. Ravenel also submitted documents that go after the activities of her personal life as well as her spending habits, including the claims that “she spent $85,000 on hair, make-up and clothing in 2018 and $90,000 in 2017, as well as $34,000 on traveling from 2017-2018.”

Dennis’ lawyer told People, “For ethical reasons, I try to avoid making any statements to the press whatsoever. However, Kathryn obviously denies all of this and I believe that the submissions to the Court that we have made discredit such allegations.”

The case is ongoing, and if recent events are any indication, will only continue to get uglier before any final decisions are made.

Southern Charm airs Wednesday at 9pm ET/PT on Bravo.
