Tiffany Haddish Introduces Six of Her Favorite Comics in Netflix Series ‘They Ready’

Tiffany Haddish will showcase six of her favorite comedians in Tiffany Haddish Presents: They Ready, a series of half-hour Netflix stand-up specials. The Girls Trip star will host and executive produce the program, which launches August 13th.

They Ready spotlights comics who share a personal history with Haddish: Chaunté Wayans (Wild n’ Out), April Macie (Last Comic Standing), Tracey Ashley (The Last O.G.), Aida Rodriguez (Comedy Central’s This Week at the Comedy Cellar), Flame Monroe (Def Comedy Jam) and Marlo Williams (BET’s Comicview). Comedian Wanda Sykes will also executive produce alongside Page Hurwitz.

Haddish, who wrapped her #SheReady stand-up tour in March, has stayed busy with a steady stream of projects following her breakout role in 2017’s Girls Trip. In 2019, she’s landed a number of voice acting roles on both TV and film, including The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part, The Secret Life of Pets 2, The Angry Birds Movie 2 and the Netflix series Tuca & Bertie. She currently co-stars on the Tracy Morgan TBS comedy The Last O.G. and will appear in Eric Andre’s upcoming hidden camera comedy film, Bad Trip.
