‘Now and Then’ Is Coming to Netflix

’90s kids rejoice, because Now and Then is coming to Netflix! The cult classic, beloved by a generation (or two!) of movie fans is coming to the streaming service on August 1, so clear your schedules!

Released in 1995, this coming-of-age film focuses on a group of four childhood friends (played by Demi Moore, Rosei O’Donnell, Rita Wilson, and Melanie Griffith) who reconnect and reminisce about the life-changing summer of 1970. In addition to the all-star adult cast, their kid actor counterparts are Gaby Hoffmann, Christina Ricci, Ashleigh Aston Moore, and Thora Birch. Also a young Brendan Fraser has a quick cameo as a Vietnam vet.

If you’re having trouble remembering Now and Then, or if you just want to take a stroll down memory lane before August 1, here’s the Now and Then trailer.

Considering how wildly popular this movie remains, fans of the film are unsurprisingly hyped.

Now and Then is just one of many new titles coming to Netflix August 2019, all of which will be revealed when the streamer drops their New On Netflix list for August. On the originals front, though, August will see the release of new seasons of Dear White People, GLOW, and Mindhunter.

Now and Then arrives on Netflix on August 1.
