Lindsay Lohan Reportedly Throwing “Tantrums” on ‘The Masked Singer Australia’ Set

Lindsay Lohan seems to be causing some trouble down under. According to a new report from local newspaper The Sydney Morning Herald, Lohan has been stirring up drama on the set of The Masked Singer Australia, on which she serves as a panelist. A crew member on the show told the Australian newspaper that the actress “likes to throw tantrums” and often behaves erratically. “She loves you one minute and the next she will fire you,” said the source.

Since mid-July, Lohan has been in Australia filming The Masked Singer, a Network Ten reboot of the popular singing competition. Rumors of the star’s dramatics quickly began circulating, and over the weekend, a staffer on the show confirmed details to The Sydney Morning Herald. “She loves you one minute and the next she will fire you,” they said. But surprisingly, the source doesn’t seem too torn up about Lohan’s behavior. “Of course she doesn’t mean it, she likes to throw tantrums but it’s part of the job when you work with Lindsay,” the source told the paper.

This is not the first time that a Masked Singer crew member has complained about Lohan’s behavior. The Daily Mail reports that last month — just a few days after Lohan joined the show — fellow judge Dave Hughes joked about her “diva behavior” on his Hit Network radio show. “The discussion was had: ‘Let’s start, we don’t know how long Lindsay’s going to be,'” Hughes said of her lengthy cigarette breaks. “We thought, ‘Maybe she’s not going to come back!'” He reportedly went on to say that when she returned, “someone came to take notes on [her] behalf.'”

Daily Mail also reports that the third Masked Singer panelist, singer Dannii Minogue, was upset about Lohan’s hefty salary and her “additional contract perks.” At the time, Network Ten dismissed reports that Lohan and Minogue are feuding over their salaries as “completely false.”

Drama or not, let’s just hope that The Masked Singer Australia lasts longer than Lohan’s previous reality television venture, Lindsay Lohan’s Beach Club. The more LiLo on TV, the better.
