Whatever Happened To Landon Clements, Ashley’s Friend, on ‘Southern Charm’?

Who is Landon on Southern Charm?

While she’s not present in Season 1, you should definitely watch it, but Landon enters the Southern Charm universe in Season 2. And does she ever. When we meet her, she’s just moved back to Charleston from the West Coast after a rough divorce so she’s living on…a boat? A fun fact that was recently debunked, but for Landon, it was kind of believable.

She spent seasons two through four on the show, and due to her friendship and flirtation with Thomas Ravenel, served as an Ashley Jacobs Jr., one of the show’s most love-to-hate characters to date. So with the revelation that of course Ashley and Landon are friends, well, it all makes perfect sense now.

Landon left Southern Charm to go back to working in real estate, and also probably because she was taking a lot of crap for her involvement with Thomas, and seemed to lack sensitivity for Kathryn Dennis at the time. Which is also why her Instagram shoutout to Kathryn last week after the passing of her mom was deemed inappropriate and just plain random.

In the two years since she’s been absent from the show, she’s still kept in touch with some of the cast, but when asked if they still talk, Naomie Olindo exclusively told Decider, “Not really so much anymore especially since she and Ashley are friends now. Landon and I got along fine. I didn’t love the way she treated some other people, but she and I were fine. She was just Landon.”
