When Will 'Wu-Tang: An American Saga' Season 2, Episode 4 Be on Hulu?
Earlier today, the first three episodes of Wu-Tang: An American Saga dropped on Hulu.
Based on the true story of the Wu-Tang Clan, the ten-episode season follows the lives of Bobby (RZA), Dennis (Ghostface Killah), Shotgun (Method Man), and the rest of Wu-Tang before they transformed into one of the most influential hip-hop groups in music history. You know what they say: C.R.E.A.M., which of course stands for cast rules everything around me.
Okay, it’s cash rules everything around me, but the cast of An American Saga is pretty damn impressive. Who plays RZA on Wu-Tang: An American Saga? Who are the familiar faces in the Wu-Tang: An American Saga cast?

WHO’S IN THE CAST OF HULU’S WU-TANG CLAN SERIES?
Hulu’s newest drama stars Ashton Sanders, Shameik Moore, Siddiq Saunderson, Dave East, Marcus Callender, Julian Elijah Martinez, Zolee Griggs, Erika Alexander, TJ Atoms, and Johnell Young.

Actor Dave East portrays Shotgun, the assistant manager at a Statue of Liberty concession stand. Shotgun will eventually morph into future Grammy Award-winner Method Man, who along with a prolific career in front of the camera (appearing on The Wire, Oz, The Deuce, Garden State, Belly, among others) worked at the Statue of Liberty for “five to six years” before joining the Wu.
East, an acclaimed rapper signed to Nas’ label, was nominated for a 2017 BMI Award and has had success on the big (Beats) and small screen (Being Mary Jane) before earning the role of Shotgun on An American Saga.
Fun fact: Both East and Method Man appeared on VH1’s The Breaks.

WHO PLAYS RZA ON AN AMERICAN SAGA? HERE’S THE SCOOP ON ASHTON SANDERS:
Ashton Sanders plays Bobby, the future founder of Wu-Tang known as RZA. Best known for playing Chiron in the Oscar-winning film Moonlight, Sanders is a young actor on the ascent, starring in the HBO film Native Son, Rupert Wyatt’s sci-fi drama Captive State, and Joe Robert Cole’s upcoming film All Day and a Night.

A graduate of The Theatre School at DePaul University, Sanders also appeared in The Retrieval, The Equalizer 2, and Straight Outta Compton.

WHO DOES SHAMEIK MOORE PLAY ON HULU’S WU-TANG SERIES? HERE’S THE STORY ON THE ACTOR BEHIND RAEKWON:
Moore portrays Park Hill crew member Sha, who will eventually become Raekwon. A true multi-hyphenate, the actor/musician is best known for his starring role in the 2015 film Dope, portraying Shaolin Fantastic on Netflix’s The Get Down, and for voicing Miles Morales in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.
Moore not only starred in Dope, but he also recorded several tracks for the film’s soundtrack with Pharrell Williams.

Moore got his start on Nick Cannon’s Cartoon Network sketch series Incredible Crew before eventually capturing the role of Malcolm on Dope. Shameik will also star alongside Ethan Hawke and Wesley Snipes in RZA’s upcoming action drama Cut Throat City.

WHO PORTRAYS GHOSTFACE KILLAH ON WU-TANG: AN AMERICAN SAGA? WHO PLAYS OL’ DIRTY BASTARD ON AN AMERICAN SAGA?
Siddiq Saunderson portrays Dennis “D-Love” Coles, who eventually becomes Ghostface Killah in the Wu-Tang Clan. A true scene-stealer, 2019 looks to be Siddiq’s breakout year as he’ll play Keon Brooks in Michael Petroni’s upcoming Netflix drama Messiah and Sparrow in Larry Powell’s Mother’s Milk.
The future ODB is played by T.J. Atoms.

An actor and musician, Atoms popped up on popular shows like Orange is the New Black, You, and Blue Bloods before earning the role of Ason. The North Philly native got involved in acting after appearing in the music video for August Burn Red’s “Fault Line.”
