After weeks of anticipation, Spider-Man: Far From Home is finally available on-demand! We cannot help but note that since the Spider-Man/Marvel breakup, this movie is even more interesting to watch again and talk about in a whole new light…hmm…. And for fans of star-is-born-type movies, be sure to check out Wild Rose starring Julie Walters and Jessie Buckley. The film follows the complex story of Rose-Lynn, an aspiring country music star who has to balance her rising stardom with her life as a mother and recent parolee.

Spider-Man: Far From Home

Spider-Man: Far From Home made waves this year as the first-ever movie in the Spider-Man franchise to gross over $1 billion at the box office, so we cannot be more pumped that this brilliant superhero movie is finally available to watch on-demand! The film picks up right after the gut-wrenching events of Avengers: Endgame took place: half of the universe has returned from “the blip” and is trying to find their homes after being displaced for so long. Peter Parker is having possibly the hardest time getting over his PTSD and misses his former mentor and father figure immensely and so when his high school class plans a trip to Europe, Parker is excited to hang up the Spidey suit and take a much-needed vacation. But just because you want a break does not mean the rest of the universe feels the same, and Parker quickly finds himself facing elements he’s never seen before (well he has because he fights the actual elementals, but you get the gist). Will Spider-Man hand off the reins to his new partner Mysterio/Quentin Beck (played by the mischevious Jake Gyllenhaal) to beat these new foes, or will he step up and fill Tony Stark’s shoes and continue his legacy as an Avenger? Find out in Spider-Man: Far From Home, starring Tom Holland, Gyllenhaal, Zendaya, Samuel L. Jackson, Jon Favreau and more.

Annabelle Comes Home

Annabelle Comes Home is the latest horror film in The Conjuring Universe franchise, and it is possibly the most chilling yet. The film picks up in 1968 after Annabelle has been a naughty, naughty dolly— as evidenced by the horror she caused in 2014’s Annabelle and 2017’s Annabelle: Creation. So, demonologists Ed and Lorraine Warren confiscate the doll, lock her up in a sacred glass case and stick it in their blessed artifacts room where she will stay forever…or so they think. After four years of peace, an unwitting babysitter breaks into the room and unlocks Annabelle’s case, awakening the demonic spirits in the room. A night of unholy terror unravels as the evil spirits set their sights on a new target: The Warren’s 10-year-old-daughter, Judy. Prepare to burrow down and scream your head off while watching Annabelle Comes Home this weekend.

Upon arriving at Harvard Law, this SoCal beauty queen finds herself the outcast for the first time in her life due to her blonde hair and seemingly-vapid values.
