Season 7 of Below Deck premieres tonight on Bravo and Decider’s got your first look at the new season. We know it takes place in Thailand, that Ashton Pienaar is back as bosun, and that it’s sure to be the drama-filled show we can always depend on it to be. The only thing we don’t know is…where the f**k is Kate?

As you’ll see in the clip above, Chief Stew Kate Chastain picks the worst time to retreat to her bunk in order to change her shirt. She’s hardly gone for a minute before Chef Kevin Dobson and new stews Simone Mashile and Courtney Skippon are looking around, unsure what to do about the hungry charter guests.

After the primary guest asks what time lunch will be served, Chef Kevin explains to Simone, “As soon as they’re ready for it, I was just waiting for Kate’s call. I’m ready to serve, that’s why im doing other stuff.”

And in the span of time it takes Kate to put on another shirt and pull herself together, the guest is asking for a cheese plate and the chef is getting panicky.

“It’s all chilled, it’s fine and then boom,” he explains of his anxiety over the hungry guests on board. “This is the first lunch, I’m embarrassed, where the fuck is Kate?”

Will a fully-dressed Kate emerge in time to serve cheese and crackers to this group of rich people? Tune in tonight to find out!
