One of the craziest shows on Netflix just got a whole lot crazier with the release of Insatiable Season 2. But in this show about vengeful pageant judges and problematic eating disorders, there’s one mystery that stands above the rest. In Insatiable Season 2, who kills Roxy?

Created by Lauren Gussis and starring Debby Ryan and Dallas Roberts, Insatiable tells the story about a teenage girl who used to be bullied for being overweight. After an accident left her jaw wired shut for a summer, Patty Bladell (Ryan) and her now skinnier self only have one thing planned: vengeance. It’s a show that’s even wackier than it sounds. And it ended Season 1 with Patty’s arch rival being strangled to death with a bouquet of roses shoved down her throat. Here’s everything we know about Roxy’s mysterious death.

Who killed Roxy in Insatiable Season 2?

Get ready for some massive spoilers. Roxy’s killer was none other than — drumroll please — Regina Sinclair (Arden Myrin). You’ll remember Regina as the former pageant queen who was arrested in Season 1 for statutory rape after her affair with Michael Provost’s Brick. Yeah, she’s not the most mentally sound, so this development isn’t much of a surprise.

Why was Roxy killed in Insatiable Season 2?

Revenge, maybe? Camaraderie? Because she’s crazy? It’s all a little unclear but it all comes down to Regina trying to get back at the pageant queen-maker Bob (Dallas Roberts).

Regina has long held a grudge against Bob, and at the end of Season 1 she finally acted on it. After finding the salted and preserved body of Stella Rose (Beverly D’Angelo), Regina assumed Bob was responsible for the crime. In reality Patty (Debby Ryan) was behind that particular murder, but that didn’t stop Regina from acting out her plan for revenge.

Regina stored Stella Rose’s body in the walls of Bob’s hotel room along with some other incriminating evidence, including the late Roxy’s (Chloe Bridges) pageant sash and Heather’s (Caroline Pluta) yo-yos. She then called the cops before shoving an axe into Bob’s hands. “I thought you were my mortal enemy, but now I think you’re my soulmate,” Regina said in Season 2’s last episode before adding, “I put them all there to frame you cause you ruined my life.”

“The Most You Can Be” ended with Bob in jail for Patty and Regina’s crimes. But don’t worry (read: do worry). The cops didn’t press kidnapping charges against Regina because of her serial killer tip off. So she’s still free to cause chaos.

Who’s responsible for all the murders in Insatiable?

We know that Regina was actually the pageant killer though she framed Bob for her crimes. And by the end of this season, Patty finally came clean about her list of murders. Patty admitted to killing judge Stella Rose, the drug dealers who were sunk in Gator Bog, the man Patty thought was her dad Gordy, and her former love interest Christian.

Long story short? Patty has been busy. And if her revelation that “Nothing tastes as good as killing feels” is any indication, she’s going to keep being busy if there’s a Season 3.
