‘Below Deck’ Charter Guest Helen Hoey Is a Lingerie Designer — And Was Once Involved in a Stormy Daniels Rumor

Even though the first charter this season on Below Deck included an engagement, it’s the second group of guests that have already proven to be even more…exciting, shall we say, in the limited time we’ve gotten to know them. Seriously: they didn’t even finish the yacht tour before one of the guests was passing out.

So who are the leaders of this interesting group of pals? It’s returning Below Deck charter guests Helen Hoey and Richard Fiore. You may remember them from Season 6, as they boarded the yacht in Episodes 12 and departed in Episode 13, leaving a sweet $20,000 tip for the crew. During their time on the boat, Josiah Carter noted of Richard that he “looks like he’s in the Italian mafia, 100%,” and Kate Chastain joked, “I’m scared of him. Do you think if we become friends with him he’ll tell us how many people he’s killed?” They also giggled over Helen’s all-black wardrobe, with Kate saying it “hides the bloodstains.” Helen and Richard’s group were also treated to a Tahitian dinner from the crew, and they happened to be on-board when third stew Laura told Kate she needed to “check herself.”

This time around, they brought their super drunk pal Brandy along for the adventure (she was not part of the group last season). So how does this couple afford consecutive chartered yachts? Helen is a fashion designer at Pulchra Intimates and was even rumored to be creating a lingerie line with Stormy Daniels, which Daniels quickly denied. She’s currently overseeing her Pulchra (which means “beautiful mind” in Latin) luxury boutiques in Pittsburgh and Beverly Hills and according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette also hopes to open stores in Houston and the Hamptons as well. You know, when she’s not too busy yachting.

We’ll be tuning into the Bravo series again next Monday night to see this group enjoy their time in Thailand — well, except for Brandy who once again treats herself to too many coconut drinks.
