The big story of the night was the unmasking of The Skeleton, who turned out not to be Martin Short after all but musician and comedian Paul Shaffer. But one performance left us starstruck. When this spider first performed, they blew the judges away. This week they managed to do it again with a soulful take on Carrie Underwood’s “Before He Cheats.” But who exactly is hiding behind this creepy costume? Here are our best guesses.

This week we learned a little bit more about this celebrity’s past. Ever since they were an “itsy-bitsy spider” this celebrity has had to maintain a squeaky clean reputation. But despite that they’ve never felt like they fit that persona. They’ve been waiting all of their life to be their true, edgy self in the public eye where they can only be judged on their voice and their “badonkadonk.” Also, though they never went to prom they pretended to, implying that this celebrity is likely an actor. Based on these clues it seems likely that The Black Widow is a former child star who’s looking to finally be embraced for who they really are.

Robin Thicke stuck to his first week guess this time around. The singer is still confident that The Black Widow is former Disney star and singer Raven-Symoné. Ken Jeong also went the old-school television route and guessed Tatyana Ali, best known for starring on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.

Only Nicole Scherzinger pegged this arachnid as someone primarily known for their voice. The Pussycat Dolls singer thinks Christina Aguilera is behind this particular mask.

We’re with Thicke on this one. The more we learn about The Black Widow the more likely it seems that they’re Raven-Symoné. She would have pretended to go to prom on her show That’s So Raven and in the movie For One Night. Since she starred on The Cosby Show, she’s been in the industry all her life. Also Symoné is from Atlanta, Georgia, and has had a singing career. Besides coming out as a badass spider is SO Raven.

Another popular guess has been Adrienne Houghton-Bailon from The Cheetah Girls. But for now we think we’ve escaped this spider’s web.
