New On Kanopy November 2019 [Exclusive]

If you’ve already binge-watched your way through Netflix’s library, it’s time to give Kanopy a try. In November, streaming service Kanopy is releasing another line-up of indie movies and riveting documentaries, all of which are totally free (!) to stream with a library card or university affiliation. Trust us: your queue will thank you.

Next month, Sebastián Lelio’s Gloria Bell is coming to Kanopy. Starring Julianne Moore, John Turturro, Michael Cera, and more top talent, Gloria Bell tells the story of a middle-aged divorcee (Moore) searching for love in dance clubs throughout Los Angeles. A remake of Lelio’s 2013 Spanish-language film Gloria, this dramedy will delight all Julianne Moore fans — which, let’s be honest, is all of us. In the mood for something a bit more action-packed? Don’t miss Arctic, a survival drama starring Mads Mikkelsen as a man who finds himself stranded in the Arctic Circle after a plane crash.

Curious what else you’ll be streaming next month? Here’s what’s coming to Kanopy in November 2019.
