Fresh off the reality-TV hit that was The Circle, Netflix kicked off a new three-week reality TV event that will have viewers talking. Love Is Blind follows a bunch of singles as they go on blind dates in the hopes of meeting the one. The twist: they can’t see each other! They’re in completely separate rooms, talking to weird panes of frosted crystal! They don’t even get to see each other until after a proposal has been made, thus ensuring that the engagement is built upon a foundation of true feelings and nothing superficial. The question is, though, will these relationships last once the couples hit the real world?

If you want a sneak peek at what the couples, or rather the individuals that comprise the couples, have been up to in the real world, you can check out their Instagrams. Of course it’s definitely likely that Netflix and the production company have prohibited the subjects from posting about the experiment online (can you imagine getting married and not posting an Insta photo?), but don’t let that stop you from checking out everything else these cast members have been up to. And who knows, maybe you’ll spot a clue in the background of a photo or in the comments that will let you know if these two really made it.

A SPOILER up top if you haven’t made it through the end of Part 1 of Love Is Blind, Episodes 1-4. Below you’ll find the Instagram information for all of the couples that emerge from the pods engaged. If you’re still in the first three episodes and don’t know which people have gotten engaged, just hold off on scrolling down! Otherwise, get to snooping!

Lauren & Cameron

Lauren Speed is a 32-year-old content creator (somehow not the vaguest job description on this show) and Cameron Hamilton is a 28-year-old scientist who works in artificial intelligence. They bonded in the pods over their shared love of cooking, and Lauren totally loved Cameron’s sensitive side. They were the first pair to say “I love you” to each other and the first to get engaged. The obstacle: because she’s so vocal about the struggle of Black people in America, Lauren’s not sure about what her family and friends will think about her dating outside of her race.

Diamond & Carlton

Diamond Jack is a 28-year-old professional basketball dancer and Carlton Morton is 34-year-old working in social media marketing. They both liked that they could be straightforward with each other, and Carlton let his guard down about the societal expectations he feels to be a strong man. However, Carlton has a secret: he’s bisexual and has dated men and women. When will he tell Diamond? Let’s just say that this leads to the most dramatic moment in the first batch of episodes.

Kelly & Kenny

Kelly’s a 33-year-old health coach and Kenny Barnes is a 27-year-old working in sales. These two, maybe the most picture-perfect couple of the bunch, bonded over having the same favorite children’s book and their similar struggles with feeling alone. They’re not alone anymore, though. They’re engaged!

Giannina & Damian

Giannina Gibelli is a 25-year-old business owner (what business, we don’t know) and Damian Powers is a 27-year-old general manager. Damian was drawn to Giannina’s big personality and humor and, wow, they both sat on the floor in the pods in the exact same way! Giannina revealed that she was scarred by her parents’ divorce, but the scars have healed over to the point where she’s ready to get married. She hijacks Damian’s proposal and instead proposes to him!

Jessica & Mark

Jessica Batten is a 34-year-old regional manager and Mark Cuevas is a 25-year-old fitness instructor. They both hail from Illinois and immediately click when they find out they both love the Bears. Jessica’s trying to broaden her restrictive standards, but does that include dating someone that’s 10 years younger than her? Jessica and Mark got off to a rough start since Jessica was also interested in Barnett. Now M and J are engaged, has he moved past being runner-up to Barnett?

Amber & Barnett

Amber Pike is a 26-year-old ex-tank mechanic and army veteran, and Matt Barnett (a.k.a. Barnett) is a 27-year-old engineer. Barnett, who admits he used to be superficial in regards to dating, is attracted to army veteran Amber’s tenacity and independence. Barnett chose Amber over not only Jessica, but LC. Will he regret picking Amber, or will they make it down the aisle?

Are the 'Love Is Blind' couples still together?

Potential SPOILERS ahead! Seriously, while I’m sure the couples were instructed to keep their relationship statuses a secret on Instagram, you gotta imagine it’s hard to not interact with your spouse on social media—especially since they either did or did not get married sometime last year. That’s a long time to keep a marriage secret! That being said, there could also be some red herrings below (it’s real easy to just put a ring on to throw amateur sleuths like myself off the trail), but there could also be spoilers. You’ve been warned!

Lauren & Cameron: Lauren and Cameron are not following each other on Instagram, but that might just be to throw us off! You can clock Lauren liking Cameron’s Instagram posts from back in May and November 2019. Cameron and Lauren are also wearing wedding rings in pics from December 2019.

Diamond & Carlton: I mean, absolutely not.

Kelly & Kenny: They are following each other on Instagram. There doesn’t appear to be a wedding ring on Kenny’s finger in this November pic. And once you realize you’re looking at a mirror reflection, Kelly isn’t wearing one in this pic from February.

Giannina & Damian: They are not following each other on Instagram. However, Giannina can be seen wearing a ring on her ring finger in a couple of photos from this month—but is it a wedding/engagement ring? On the other hand (lol), you can see that Damian is not wearing a ring on his ring finger in recent pics.

Jessica & Mark: They are not following each other on Instagram. Jessica also doesn’t have a ring on in this November photo, and Mark is ringless in this pic from this month.

Amber & Barnett: They are following each other on Instagram. The pair even went to Dragon Con together in Pokemon cosplay! And not only that, but you can clearly see Barnett’s dog Coda in the background of this selfie of Amber from January. And you can see a ring on Amber’s finger in the a pic from August and Barnett has a ring on in this pic from December. Not even a huge gun and Mr. Poopy Butthole could distract from those rings.
