‘Happiness Continues’: Jonas Brothers Drop Surprise Amazon Concert

Amazon is a sucker for the Jonas Brothers. This afternoon, Prime Video announced that it will be releasing a surprise Jonas Brothers concert film, Happiness Continues, that follows the famous trio — and their equally-famous wives — along their Happiness Begins tour. Happiness Continues is set to drop tomorrow, Friday, April 24, and will be available to stream globally for all Amazon Prime customers.

Happiness Continues will give Jonas Brothers fans a never-before-seen look at their lives since the release of their new album, “Happiness Begins.” The concert film will essentially pick up where Amazon’s Chasing Happiness documentary, released in June 2019, left off, with the three brothers and their wives embarking on a global tour to perform hits from the new album, including “Only Human,” “Sucker,” “Cool,” and more.

Amazon’s Happiness Continues trailer teases these performances, as well as some of the group’s backstage drama. “I thought I was done with the Jonas Brothers,” says Joe Jonas. As clips flash of his wife, Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner, in the audience and a raucous crowd, he realizes just how wrong he was. “Hell no.”

Turner and her sisters-in-laws Priyanka Chopra (Nick Jonas’ wife) and Danielle Jonas (Kevin’s wife) make multiple appearances in the Happiness Continues trailer, so expect to see a good dose of them in the concert film. Obviously, more Sophie Turner (and her vape) is always a good thing.

“It’s really great to know that these songs have been someone’s soundtrack to a lot of their favorite memories in their life,” adds Nick. “We just want to make them proud.”

And make them proud they did. The Jonas Brothers’ Happiness Begins tour sold out in dozens of cities around the world, including Nashville, Atlanta, Mexico City, London, and Barcelona. The tour officially concluded on February 22, 2020 with a sell-out at Paris’ AccorHotels Arena.

Happiness Continues premieres tomorrow, Friday, April 24, on Amazon Prime Video. Watch the official trailer above.
