Batter Up! Fox’s 2016 Baseball Drama ‘Pitch’ Is Now on Hulu

There’s no substitute for Major League Baseball, but Hulu just delivered a clutch base hit by dropping all ten episodes of the critically-acclaimed baseball drama Pitch!

Premiering in September of 2016 on FOX, the series starred Kylie Bunbury as young San Diego Padres pitcher Ginny Baker, the first woman to play in Major League Baseball. Featuring an all-star supporting cast that includes Mark-Paul Gosselaar, Ali Larter, Mo McRae, and Mark Consuelos, the series was a grand slam with both fans and critics alike, earning a Certified Fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Whether you’re rewatching the series or enjoying the show for the very first time, Pitch makes for a breezy weekend binge.

The first woman to play in the majors was portrayed by actress Kylie Bunbury. You may recognize Bunbury as Angie Richardson from Netflix’s When They See Us, Michelle from the sensational 2018 comedy Game Night, or as Eva Sinclair from the CBS series Under the Dome.

Yep! The former Heroes/Varsity Blues star portrayed Ginny’s agent Amelia Slater.

WILL THERE BE A PITCH SEASON 2 ON FOX?

Unfortunately, no. Despite critical acclaim, Pitch was canceled back in May of 2017. There are no current plans for a second season.
