How Did The Rain Season 2 End?

With a whole lot of drama. You know how most of this sci-fi show revolves around Simone (Alba August) trying to keep her immune brother safe from the manipulative scientists around them? Rasmus (Lucas Lynggaard Tønnesen) took all that help and threw it out the window by the end of Season 2.

After Lea (Jessica Dinnage) died while trying to protect Rasmus, her boyfriend lost his cool. Jean (Sonny Lindberg) snapped, leading the military officers to Rasmus’ hideout. In the ensuing shootout Rasmus’ girlfriend was killed, causing yet another guy in this series to completely lose his mind. Rasmus used the powers he developed from the virus to attack all of the officers, murdering dozens of people in cold blood.

Simone tried to talk her baby brother down from his rampage, but it was all for naught. In a moment of fury Rasmus tried to attack one of the few people Simone cared about, her boyfriend Martin (Mikkel Følsgaard). That’s when Simone shot her brother. Neither sibling was hurt but their relationship was irreparably damaged. This final season will be the first to see this brother and sister pair separated.
