What happened on Canada’s Drag Race Episode 8 ?

The episode kicked off with a challenge that everybody loves: puppets! The queens read each other using dragged-out puppets, and… Scarlett BoBo won? Sure—Scarlett hasn’t won a challenge yet so, let her have this moment! As the winner, Scarlett was rewarded by pairing up her competitors with a drag daughter for the makeover challenge. The drag daughters were all refugees who found a home via Rainbow Railroad, a charity organization that helps LGBTQ+ people in hostile countries find a safe haven in Canada.

Priyanka turned the party with her drag daughter Elektra (a.k.a. Elton from Jamaica); Scarlett did all right by herself with her glam rock and roll sister Violet (a.k.a. Dennis from Uganda); and Jimbo turned the judges on and off with her slutty sister Bimbo (a.k.a. Eka from Indonesia). Rita Baga and Tari Baga (a.k.a Rainer from Indonesia) underwhelmed with their proud clown storyline, and the judges thought Lemon didn’t do Lime (Rebal from Syria) any favors with her makeup.

Priyanka won the main challenge, and Lemon and Rita found themselves in the bottom. And after a fiery lip sync to Alanis Morissette’s “You Oughta Know,” Lemon was sent packing.
