The first season of HBO Max’s Raised By Wolves is one of the wildest rides on TV. On our journey to alien world Kepler-22b, we encountered warrior monks, mysterious pentagonal structures in the desert, malicious ghosts, resurrected mice, and, oh yeah, a “miraculous” android birth. So what happens next? Will there be a Raised By Wolves Season 2 on HBO Max?
Raised By Wolves is an original science fiction series created by Aaron Guzikowski and shepherded to the screen by auteur Ridley Scott. The show opens by introducing two androids, Mother (Amanda Collin) and Father (Abubakar Salim), as the sole caregivers for a new generation of human children. However by the end of Raised By Wolves Episode 1, they have to contend with the tragic deaths of their charges, the arrival of a rival human group, and the revelation that Mother is a weapon of mass destruction known as a “Necromancer.” From there, Raised By Wolves doesn’t let up. It’s a wild and wondrous story full of mysticism, tragedy, and love.

WILL THERE BE A RAISED BY WOLVES SEASON 2 ON HBO MAX?
Yes! We can confirm that HBO Max has already ordered a second season of Raised By Wolves. The series is HBO Max’s top performing original and has managed to build an audience as the weeks have gone by.
So, yes, Raised By Wolves Season 2 is coming. But when?
WHEN WILL RAISED BY WOLVES SEASON 2 PREMIERE ON HBO MAX?
Decider recently spoke with Raised By Wolves creator Aaron Guzikowski and he suggested that Raised By Wolves Season 2 could start shooting as soon as early 2021.
“We’re definitely going to get to it as soon as we can. It won’t be long,” Guzikowski told Decider. “Obviously, we have to see how things are going [on location] in South Africa and all that stuff. But I hope that we’re going to be shooting sometime in the first half of next year. That’s the plan.”
Given that the first season of Raised By Wolves wrapped production in September 2019, that means we’ll likely be seeing Raised By Wolves Season 2 in January 2022. (But hopefully Fall 2021? Please? I’ll pray to Sol if I have to!)
