Pacific Coast Academy is back in session! Jamie Lynn Spears announced on Instagram today that she’s getting the Zoey 101 crew back together again for a reunion, 12 years after the show ended for good. “We’re back! Are you ready?!” She wrote, bringing back her Zoey 101 tagline. Spears teased the upcoming event with a quick clip previewing who to expect, and it looks like we’ll be seeing some familiar faces from the Nickelodeon days, plus some fresh new additions.
Original Zoey 101 stars Sean Flynn (Chase Matthews), Matthew Underwood (Logan Reese), Chris Massey (Michael Barret) and Erin Sanders (Quinn Pensky) — and of course Zoey Brooks herself, Spears — are all slated to return for the reunion. Then there’s a whole slew of guest stars, including Chantel Jeffries, JoJo Siwa, Dixie D’Amelio, Sofia Reyes, Noah Beck, Loren Gray, Too Hot to Handle‘s Harry Jowsey, Eva Gutowski, Gigi Gorgeous and more.
The reunion, which is titled The Follow Me (Zoey 101) Experience – The Legacy Continues, is described on its Veeps page as “a one-time only global livestream event” that offers “a peek inside the time capsule where iconic worlds collide.” Tickets, which can be purchased on Veeps, cost $20 for the livestream reunion, which will take place Sunday, Oct. 25 at 1/12c and will be available to re-watch for 24 hours.
The Zoey 101 cast previously reunited this year for an All That sketch in July, bringing together Spears, Flynn, Massey, Erin, and Underwood, as well as their former co-stars Paul Butcher (Dustin Brooks) and Kristin Herrera (Dana Cruz). The show also celebrated its 10th anniversary back in 2015 with a “Time Capsule” episode featuring Chase and Michael.
The original Zoey 101 series, which followed a group of teens at a boarding school in Malibu, California, premiered on Nickelodeon in 2005 and ran for four seasons. While on air, it was one of the network’s most popular shows, even snagging an Emmy nomination in 205 for Outstanding Children’s Program. While rumors about a possible reboot have been swirling around for years, it looks like the closest we’ll get to a new season for now is the upcoming livestream.
