Carrie Underwood Wins Big At CMT Awards: See The Full Winner’s List

Carrie Underwood, Luke Bryan, and Gabby Barrett are among the big winners at last night’s CMT Awards, which was simulcast on CMT, MTV, Paramount Network, MTV2, Pop, TV Land, and Logo. Underwood took home the award for Video of the Year and Female Video of the Year for “Drinking Alone,” while Bryan nabbed Male Video of the Year for “One Margarita,” and Old Dominion won Group Video of the Year (ironically) for “One Man Band.” Underwood has won both of the aforementioned awards a record eight times.

One of the biggest moments of the night came when pop superstar Halsey joined nominee Kelsea Ballerini onstage for a Coyote Ugly-inspired performance of “The Other Girl,” the aesthetic of which might best be described as “greasy.”

The country music celebration was hosted by Ashley McBryde, Kane Brown, and Sarah Hyland, and was shot all over Nashville, (much like the 2020 MTV VMAs which were presented from venues across New York as a result of pandemic logistics, is also available to stream now via the CMT website or on the MTV and Paramount TV apps, and it’s also available to subscribers of Philo, Sling TV (via Sling Blue), fuboTV, YouTube TV, and AT&T TV NOW (via the Max package). And if Hulu is more your speed, the CMT Awards were also on Hulu + Live TV.
