As October nears its end, the kick for classic holiday tunes, Christmas instrumentals, and wintery tunes begins. In the Hallmark film Chateau Christmas, two exes have to prepare a festive concert with these melodies, in hopes of entertaining their hometown families, friends, and the director of the Chateau. There’s a lot weighing on this live production: can the pair perform in harmony? Their romantic history, unfortunately, may get in the way of things.

Margot (Merritt Patterson) travels home for the holidays with her family. They’re snowed in together in Boulder, all celebrating in at the luxurious Chateau Newhaus — but Margot is irked by her inability to perform. Even though she’s a world-renowned pianist, she’s lacking the inspiration necessary to do the instrument justice. Luckily, Jackson (Luke Macfarlane), the man most familiar with her music and performance style, is ready to help her back into the field.

Jesse Hutch plays Adam in Chateau Christmas. Adam is Jackson’s longtime best friend, and he also works as head at the Chateau Newhaus. Adam ropes Jackson into helping him stage a concert for the hotel with only two weeks to prepare — which forces Jackson to reunite with Margot.

What else has Jesse Hutch been in?

Hutch got his start working on television series like Dark Angel, Smallville, and Taken. He had a leading role in The CW’s About a Girl, starring as Jason Mcholm. Hutch has starred in a number of Hallmark Channel and Lifetime films like Harvest Moon, Becoming Santa, and A Very Vintage Christmas.
