The raunchiest show on television is finally coming back. Today Netflix released the trailer and premiere date for Big Mouth Season 4. And holy Hormone Monster, do things look insane starting on December 4.

Last season of the series ended with some pretty major cliffhangers. After suffering through her parents’ tumultuous divorce, Jessi (Jessi Klein) learned that she and her mother were moving to New York City. Longtime best friends Nick (Nick Kroll) and Andrew (John Mulaney) got into a massive friendship-ending fight after Nick started dating Andrew’s ex. But for all the drama their romance caused, Nick and Missy (Jenny Slate) didn’t even stay together. The two broke up by the end of the season. Oh by the way, this was all told through an episode that involved all the children randomly getting superpowers because Big Mouth.

That’s a lot of ground this new season has to cover. But if any show can manage it while still being hilarious and so perverted it can make your most shameless friend blush, it’s Big Mouth. And judging by this trailer, this new season is going to be crazier than ever before.

We have Hormone Monsters, Depression Kitties, Anxiety Mosquitos (voiced by Maria Bamford), Gratitoads (voiced by Zach Galifianakis), child marriages, new hookups, tidal waves of period blood, musical numbers — it’s all there. And this season marks an even bigger change than usual. Ever since Season 1 the mixed race Missy has been voiced by comedian Jenny Slate. But this year Slate will be replaced by comedian Ayo Edebiri in Season 4’s penultimate episode. Do you know what that means? Missy is going to be exploring her racial identity. And if it’s anything like her explorations into her sexuality and what feminism means to her, you know it’s going to be smart, insightful, oddly sweet, and charmingly funny.

It’s all coming to Netflix Friday, December 4. Check out the trailer above and remember your own horrible, deeply embarrassing middle school follies.
