If you’ve been watching The Flight Attendant chances are you missed a pretty big cameo. Summer House‘s Luke Gulbranson appears in a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it role, which is just another reason why you need to be watching.

Based on the book of the same name, The Flight Attendant follows the drunken mess of a human who is Kaley Cuuco’s Cassie. When she wakes up next to a dead body and finds herself trapped in a world filled with spies, assassins, and secrets, Cassie will have to take a hard look at her partying lifestyle. Here’s who Luke Gulbranson plays in The Flight Attendant and how you can watch.

Is Summer House‘s Luke Gulbranson on The Flight Attendant?

He sure is! And he appears within the show’s first two minutes. In Episode 1 a hungover Cassie (Kaley Cuoco) walks into in her apartment after yet another crazy night out. This is before any dead bodies are involved, by the way. While she’s getting dressed Gulbranson makes his presence known in her bed. Apparently he was supposed to be Cassie’s booty call last night, but she was so drunk she never returned to her apartment.

“You texted me! Right here! Told me to use the key above the door thing, the door frame,” Gulbranson’s Ethan frantically explains to Cassie. In return Cassie thanks him for the effort, tells him to get out of her apartment, and gives him a high five. Because that’s just the kind of delightful train wreck Cassie is.

What Else Has Luke Gulbranson Been in?

Gulbranson is best known for starring in Season 5 of Summer House. But he’s been on TV well before Bravo. In 2015 Gulbranson appeared in the Last Week Tonight with John Oliver episode “Bail” as a model. He also starred in the short Be My Hand.

Who Is in The Flight Attendant’s Cast?

As much fun as this Summer House cameo is, Gulbranson isn’t the only fun star in this HBO Max show. The Flight Attendant stars Kaley Cuoco, Zosia Mamet, Rosie Perez, Michiel Huisman, and Michelle Gomez. If that great cast paired with a hijinks-filled spy thriller won’t sell you, nothing will. If shows like You, Dirty John, and Search Party make you giddy then you need to be watching The Flight Attendant.
