Whether or not the weather outside is frightful, the streaming options are positively delightful this holiday season. Case in point: Soul, Pixar’s highly-anticipated new feature film, is debuting on Disney+ on Christmas Day. And the best part? Unlike the Disney+ release of Mulan, subscribers will be able to watch Soul from the safety of their homes at no additional cost. All hail our Disney overloads!

Featuring the voices of Jamie Foxx and Tina Fey, Soul tells the story of a middle school jazz teacher named Joe (Foxx) who dies right before his big music break. Determined to get back to his body before his gig, Joe has to help a few lost souls along the way. You won’t want to miss Pixar’s latest, so here’s all the info on the Soul release date and the Soul release time.

HOW TO WATCH SOUL ONLINE:

Beginning December 25, Soul will be streaming on Disney+ free to all subscribers. In countries where Disney+ is not available and where theaters are open, Soul will be playing in theaters.

Pixar’s Soul will begin streaming on Disney+ on Friday, December 25, aka Christmas Day. It will also be released in theaters internationally on the same day.

WHAT TIME WILL PIXAR’S SOUL BE ON DISNEY PLUS?

Original movies and TV shows are typically added to Disney+ at 3 a.m. ET, or 12 a.m. PT on the morning of release. Therefore, you can expect to see Soul on your Disney+ either very early in the morning on Friday, December 25, or very late at night on Thursday, December 24.

If it’s midnight on the west coast on Thursday night and you still don’t see Pixar’s Soul on Disney+, try refreshing the page or logging out and logging back in again. Be patient—it’s Christmas, after all.
