And we’re not just talking about some DVD extras brought to streaming. Peacock Premium is offering viewers versions of their favorite show they have never seen before. At the moment these extended editions are only available for Season 3, but there are plans for the streaming service to expand them to include all 201 episodes.

Season 3, Episode 4 “Grief Counseling”
After learning about the decapitation of their former boss, Ed Truck, Dwight (Rainn Wilson) takes it upon himself to make an office announcement.
Dwight: Attention everyone. As you know Ed Truck is dead. If you have any contact information on Rolodex files or on Microsoft Outlook, remove it now. Also, if you have any photographs Pam will make her shredder available during lunch. That is all.

Kelly has chewed Ryan out for being a jerk to her and has accidentally thrown his present away. It’s while she’s literally digging in a dumpster that this romantic conversation happens.

'The Office' Took a Page from 'Arrested Development'
Season 3, Episodes 10 and 11 “A Benihana Christmas Part 1 and Part 2”
Did you know that Arrested Development wasn’t the only 2000s sitcom to have a gag that involved a dead bird, a fridge, and a note? In a deleted scene Pam finds the goose Dwight hit with his car crammed into the office fridge. Hanging on its feathers is a note that reads “Dwight.”
Stanley Bides His Time
Season 3, Episode 12 “Back from Vacation”
We all know how Michael’s vacation went. After taking his boss Jan (Melora Hardin) to Sandals, he accidentally sent a picture to his coworkers of Jan shirtless. Oops. It’s while waiting for Jan to show up that Stanley (Leslie David Baker) delivers this gem, margarita in hand.
Stanley: I wouldn’t come, but I know Jan is showing up soon. And I don’t want to miss the show.
Phyllis Shares Her True Thoughts on Stanley
Season 3, Episode 12 “Back from Vacation”
Remember how Michael accidentally shorted Stanley on his bonus? The extended episode shows that Stanley took his vow to not do any more work until his pay had been corrected to heart. That inspired this great moment from Phyllis (Phyllis Smith).
Phyllis: Yeah, I really like Stanley, but I’m not sure if he likes me. I guess that’s okay… [lowers voice] because I don’t really like him.
Pam Being Bougie
Season 3, Episode 13 “Traveling Salesman”
It’s truly a shame that “Traveling Salesman” had to be edited for time because it includes some of the best scenes that never made it to air. After Dwight covers for her work mistake, Angela (Angela Kinsey) is in a rare good mood. She asks to get coffee with Pam (Jenna Fischer). While Pam is collecting coffee orders from the office, that’s when she’s torn to shreds by Creed (Creed Bratton) and Meredith (Kate Flannery).
Pam: Hey guys, going on a latte run. You want something?
Meredith: Please. I wouldn’t spend four dollars on milk for my kid. And I’m a mother.
Pam: That’s unfortunate.
Creed: Nothing for me, Miss Paris Hilton. I have a mortgage to pay.

While Michael is out of the office, Jim (John Krasinski) is put in charge. Naturally, that rubs Dwight the wrong way.
Dwight: What is a leader? I asked Jim that, and he said he had never heard the word before. He said he knew the word ladder. What an ignoramus.
Angela's Prayers Come True
Season 3, Episode 17 “Business School”
Do you know what happened in that same episode? Meredith was trapped in a workplace bathroom with a bat, which was surprising to everyone. Everyone expect Angela.
Kelly: Hope she’s OK!
Angela: Just goes to show the power of prayer.

Toby Stands Up to Ryan
Season 3, Episode 18 “Cocktails”
Ryan, Kelly, and Toby (Paul Lieberstein) try to decide if they’re going to an after work happy hour. And while they’re talking Ryan makes a sneaky request.
Ryan: Hey, are you going to Poor Richard’s?
Toby: I don’t know. You?
Ryan: Maybe.
Kelly: I’m going and both are you. We’re all going.
Ryan [whispering]: Hey, isn’t there some rule against inter-office dating?
Toby: I am not doing your dirty work for you.
Andy Encourages Michael the Wrong Way
Season 3, Episode 20 “Safety Training”
Remember how Michael climbed up to the top of Dunder Mifflin to demonstrate the harms of depression? While everyone was trying to talk him down using a megaphone, apparently Andy (Ed Helms) took a turn.
Andy: Let me borrow that chief. Michael, you don’t have to prove anything to anyone but yourself. So don’t jump just to prove anything to us. OK? That said, if you need to prove something to yourself, you should jump.
Jim: Oh!
Andy: Up to you.
Jim: No no no!

While Dwight, Andy, Stanley, and Jim all fought to be the new regional manager of Dunder Mifflin Scranton, Phyllis weighed in on her favorite candidate.
Phyllis: I think Jim would be a good boss. Plus, he’s eye candy. It’s OK, Bob Vance knows he’s on my list. George Clooney, Leonardo DiCaprio, Jim, and that British guy who got in trouble with the prostitutes.
