Last night on HBO‘s Real Time with Bill Maher, the host led his usual post-election segment where he says “Goodbye Douchebags.” This cycle, however, Bill Maher broke from tradition and renamed the segment “Hello, Douchebags!”

Maher stated his intentions, that it would be better to start introducing his audience to congressional “nuts” before they begin campaigning to voters for re-election, especially since some of them even refused to debate prior to winning their ballot.

During the segment, Maher ripped Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO), Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO), Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-AL), Rep. Madison Cawthorn (R-NC), and Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) during the comical yet insult-heavy skit.

Senator Josh Hawleywho Maher referred to as “the far-right JFK with a little dash of KKK”was on the top of Bill’s list, taking up nearly half the segment alone. The late night comic and television personality had many qualms with Hawley’s actions as of late.

Then there’s Rep. Lauren Boebert, whom Bill says is “what would happen if Michele Bachmann smoked bath salts.” Her platform is almost strictly guns and Maher informed viewers that she even owns a restaurant named Shooters where the staff are encouraged to carry loaded firearms.

Lastly, what would the list be without Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, an avid QAnon believer who recently filed articles of impeachment against President Joe Biden.
