What happened on RPDR UK Season 2 Episode 2 ?

The 11 remaining queens took a trip to the Drag Race polls and voted on members of the Season 2 cabinet. A’Whora was dubbed Secretary of Shade, Tayce was named Trade Minister due to his looks, Lawrence Chaney’s confidence earned him Leader of Lording It Up, and, uh, Tia Kofi got Baroness Basic. Lucky for Tia, getting that dubious honor came along with the task of assigning roles for Rats: The Rusical.

And then we watched Rats: The Rusical, quite possibly the most fever-dreamy of any Rusical ever. There were poop puns aplenty, rat baby pasties swinging around on six rat nipples, and Tia even had a human ear growing out of her back. I think it’s safe to say that, somehow, this episode matched the Cats movie in terms of WTF-ery.

On the runway, category was Surprise, Surprise as the queens were challenged to come up with gaggy reveals. Tia Kofi’s muscle suit into basic gown reveal did not impress, but she killed the maxi-challenge. Ellie Diamond’s trip down the Yellow Brick Road earned her a spot in the top, and Rats standout Veronica Green’s robo-housewife was exactly what she needed to serve the week’s win. Unfortunately, the judges weren’t living for Cherry Valentine’s gender reveal commentary, and they thought Tayce’s red on red on red lewk was too same-y. The two dueled to��in another bizarre moment—”Memories” from Cats, with Tayce squeaking out a win. We bid farewell to Cherry Valentine.
