Is Paramount+ Available on Amazon Fire TV?

Paramount+, the rebranded streaming service from ViacomCBS, has officially taken over from where CBS All Access left off. As of its launch on March 4, Paramount+ folded in all the great content from CBS All Access with a huge library of TV episodes, films, and live sporting events from CBS, Showtime, BET, Comedy Central, MTV, Nickelodeon, Paramount Pictures, Pluto TV, and even new original content.

IS PARAMOUNT PLUS AVAILABLE ON AMAZON FIRE TV?

So can you get Paramount+ on Fire TV devices and TVs? Sure can.

Paramount+ was available on Fire TV immediately as a standalone app and on Prime Video Channels, so all you need to do is search for and download it. If you are already a CBS All Access subscriber, you can go ahead and sign in with the same email address and password.

If you haven’t pulled the trigger, you can sign up now and get a free month trial of Paramount+ before you buy with the code MOUNTAIN.

HOW MUCH DOES PARAMOUNT PLUS COST?

Currently, you can choose from two pricing tiers. The ad-supported tier, at $5.99, combines live sports, breaking news and entertainment options spanning Paramount+ originals to the full suite of current and library shows and movies. The premium tier is largely commercial free at $9.99 per month and features the same content, but with 4K, HDR and Dolby Vision and mobile downloads.

Come June, however, there will be a new ad-supported tier for $4.99 per month which will exclude the local live CBS station offering.  At that time, the $5.99 option will no longer be available for new users, but existing users will be grandfathered in.
