We have a bit of good news and a bit of bad news. The good news? Supergirl has finally returned with all-new episodes! The bad news? Season 6 will be the final season of this CW favorite.
Supergirl is going out with a bang, however, as the first of 20 Season 6 episodes debuts tonight on The CW. If you need to catch up on previous episodes, Seasons 1-5 are currently available on Netflix, the final five episodes of Season 5 are streaming on The CW website, and every season is available to purchase on Amazon.

WILL SUPERGIRL SEASON 6 BE ON NETFLIX?
Yep. If you live in the U.S., the new season will debut on Netflix eight days after the series finale airs on The CW.
WHEN WILL SUPERGIRL SEASON 6 BE ON NETFLIX?
There’s no official announcement as to when the series finale of Supergirl will air on The CW, but based on past seasons we expect Season 6 to conclude around October of 2021. A number of CW shows (Riverdale, All American) have taken substantial mid-season breaks, so it’s possible it could be shorter/longer depending on a potential mid-season hiatus.
WILL SUPERGIRL SEASON 6 BE ON HULU?
Nope. Sadly, Supergirl Season 6 won’t be available for next-day streaming on Hulu. New episodes are, however, available live and on demand via an active subscription to Hulu + Live TV.
