With so many streaming platforms out there, subscribers may be looking to take a break from HBO Max, which is one of the more expensive options. HBO Max, which is owned by parent company WarnerMedia, is really the place to be in 2021 considering the platform’s pandemic-fueled arrangement with Warner Bros. to stream some of its blockbuster hits this year as they hit theaters. Subscribers have already been able to watch such films as Wonder Woman 1984, Godzilla vs. Kong & Mortal Kombat. The platform is also home to shows like Friends, HBO originals including Game of Thrones, and HBO Max originals such as The Flight Attendant and Made for Love.

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR HBO MAX SUBSCRIPTION:

You may already be logged in to the platform, but if you’re not, you would first log in then select one of your profiles.

At the home page, you would then click your profile name at the top right of your screen. This should open a side menu where you would select “Billing Information.” This screen will let you know when your next billing date will be.

If you would like to proceed with canceling at this point, select Manage Subscription then click “Cancel Subscription” on the right side. Even if you cancel, you will still have access to the platform until the day before your next billing date.
