‘Plan B’ Has a Piercingly Funny Full-Frontal Scene

I didn’t think the new buddy comedy Plan B could get any wackier or funnier after we met Edi Patterson’s character Doris, but then we met her nephew Andy (Moses Storm) and the movie soared to a whole new level.

If you haven’t watched yet, there is a very saucy spoiler ahead for you, but also: go watch! The new movie follows Lupe (Victoria Moroles) and Sunny (Kuhoo Verma) as they hunt down the Plan B pill, which is one million times harder than it ever should be for these young women. However, at least we got a very funny movie out of it for us to enjoy (and the reminder that it should NOT be this hard!). It comes from the producers of Harold & Kumar and Cobra Kai, and is directed by Natalie Morales, so you know there are some great laughs as well as an important message. If you liked films such as Booksmart, Superbad, and Unpregnant, you’ll definitely want to watch this as well. But, as you can probably already tell, there are some NSFW moments.

So for those that can’t be bothered to watch a great movie and just want the deets on that dingaling, here’s what goes down (and, um, what — or who — doesn’t).

As Lupe and Sunny are getting more desperate by the minute on their road trip adventure to procure the dang pill, they go to meet drug dealer Andy at his “office” which is a playground, to try and score the dose. He’s got an entire toolbox of drugs and is pretty sure one of them is Plan B (but also, it may or may not be speed). When the gals opt for a fake ID instead, so that they can purchase a 100% correct pill, they can’t cover the ridiculously steep price and instead consider taking Andy up on the offer to pay with oral sex. The two pals hilariously fight over who will S that D, and it’s decided that Sunny will forge ahead.

Except, things go awry. Specifically: his penis piercing. Because of course he’s got one of those!

You’ll have to watch the movie to find out what happens next (stay tuned until the end!), but I promise it’s worth it. The scene is raunchy and ridiculous and is sure to have you LOLing at Andy’s pain. He got what was coming — though he definitely won’t be for a while.

This scene is a perfect example of how the film mixes hijinks with heart, and doesn’t just throw in female nudity as so many other young adult comedies are quick to do, but gives the audience an overly intimate view of the male bod instead. And that’s what we call progress, people. Now, considering these women can expertly control a car, let’s work on ensuring they and only they can also control their own bodies.
