‘Loki’ Number of Episodes and Release Schedule

After a long wait, Loki has finally arrived — and it’s here even earlier than first promised! The latest Marvel series sees the return of Tom Hiddleston as Loki, Thor’s mischievous brother, after the events of 2019’s Avengers: Endgame, when he stole the Tesseract. Loki picks up with its titular character in the Time Variance Authority, where he’s faced with the choice between being erased forever or helping to fix the timeline.

While Decider’s Brett White described Loki as “the one to watch and also the biggest gamble” out of Disney’s Marvel series lineup, he praised the series as “a sight to behold,” describing it as “a surrealist, kafkaesque mashup of True Detective and The Office” and “a perfect encapsulation of what makes the MCU such a rich pop culture experience,” in his Loki review.

HOW MANY EPISODES ARE IN LOKI?

Loki is a six-part series, so there are six hour-long episodes to look forward to. The first episode, titled “Glorious Purpose,” premiered this morning, June 9. Five more to go!

Episode 4: June 30
Episode 5: July 7
Episode 6: July 14
