Nintendo E3 Predictions: Breath of the Wild 2, Switch Pro, and More!

So what will be the big news out of Nintendo’s E3 2021 presentation? Well, lets get one thing out of the way… It seems highly unlikely that Nintendo will announce a Switch Pro or any kind of new Switch. Not only would such hardware have probably been announced earlier during E3, but Nintendo’s official site states that the E3 Direct will focus “exclusively on Nintendo Switch software, mostly releasing in 2021.” That means the Nintendo Direct will be focused on games.

The game fans are most feverish about has to be Breath of the Wild 2. Nintendo first announced the Legend of Zelda sequel at their 2019 E3 Direct. So the hope is that tomorrow Netflix will announce the Breath of the Wild 2 release date, along with more footage.

Other games we might get updates on? Bayonetta 3, Metroid Prime 4, Pokemon Legends: Arceus, and perhaps the return of Star Fox.
