It’s a great time to be a Netflix subscriber. Earlier this month, the cult sitcom Happy Endings was added to the streaming service, and just this week, a new season of Catherine Reitman’s Workin’ Moms premiered on the platform.
Debuting in January of 2017 on CBC Television, Workin’ Moms has blossomed into a Netflix favorite. The fifth season of the Canadian comedy is currently on Netflix’s Top 10 list and streamers everywhere are already wondering when Workin’ Moms Season 6 will premiere on the streaming giant. While no official Season 6 release date has been announced (for CBC Television or Netflix), we have a pretty good idea of when you can expect to see new episodes of Workin’ Moms on Netflix.

Yes! Earlier this month, series creator Catherine Reitman announced that the sixth season of Workin’ Moms is already underway!
WILL WORKING MOMS SEASON 6 BE ON NETFLIX?
We believe so. Workin’ Moms is a Canadian series that airs on CBC Television before new seasons are eventually added to Netflix. Four of the first five seasons have premiered on CBC Television in January or February, so while there’s no official Workin’ Moms Season 6 release date, we expect the new season to premiere in Canada in early 2022.
WHEN WILL WORKING MOMS SEASON 6 BE ON NETFLIX?

There’s no official Workin’ Moms Season 6 Netflix release date, but based on recent history, we have a pretty good idea of when to expect new episodes.
- Workin’ Moms Season 3: The season finale aired March 21, 2019 on CBC Television and the season premiered August 29, 2019 on Netflix.
- Workin’ Moms Season 4: The season finale aired April 7, 2020 on CBC Television and the season premiered May 6, 2020 on Netflix.
- Workin’ Moms Season 5: The season finale aired April 13, 2021 on CBC Television and the season premiered June 15, 2021 on Netflix.
Based on the last two seasons, we believe Workin’ Moms Season 6 will debut on Netflix about one or two months after the finale airs on CBC Television. If the series once again premieres in January or February and concludes in March or April, we expect the sixth season of Workin’ Moms to debut on Netflix in mid-2022.
