What happened on RPDR Down Under Episode 6 ?

With only five queens left in the competition, RuPaul tasked the divas to show off their skills in a talent show extravaganza. The talents were varied, ranging from Karen from Finance making a balloon animal to Scarlet Adams nearly breaking her neck while pole dancing. Kita Mean chose the lineup, acquiescing to Elektra Shock’s request to go last (sorry Scarlet). And during the walkthrough, Ru basically told Karen that she needed to slut up or shut up. Break out of your mold, girl!

The talent show was a wild ride, for sure. Karen made a balloon animal while dressed like Dominatrix from Finance. Art Simone… put a bunch of stuff in her mouth? Kita Mean showed off the magic of the quick change. Scarlet Adams stunned and wowed the judges with her pole dancing. And Elektra changed up the mood with some interpretive modern dance.

On the runway, category was: How’s Your Headpiece? Scarlet took the win thanks to her regal eleganza and death-defying pole work. Karen and Art turned solid looks but their so-so talent show acts kept them in the safe zone. And even though Elektra and Kita turned it out on the runway with drastically different looks (old school showgirl and future robo-raver), their talents weren’t enough to keep them out of the bottom… even though, come on, Kita did literal magic onstage. Who cares if the fabric wasn’t glamorous? It was magic! I digress. The queens went up against each other and, somehow, Kita won while wearing 12-inch platforms that restricted her movement. And Elektra, the dancer, went home. Now we have a final four.
