Our faves are back at it again! Kristin Cavallari and Southern Charm star Austen Kroll took to Instagram to document their night out in Charleston, SC last night, and we gulped down every ounce of it — just as they did with his Trop Hop beer, followed by some of that infamous red wine.
When this fun foursome first documented their socializing back in December 2020, I asked Austen what they were drinking before they decided to hop on an Instagram Live, and he told me, “Probably wine? Red? Lots of it? I couldn’t even tell you if we were taking shots. I’m pretty sure that it was — oh my god. That’s so funny. Whatever was placed in front of us was what we were drinking. It was probably red wine. Because at dinner we had some martinis, a bottle of red wine. Fancy affair.”
And this gathering seemed to be the same! Kristin is apparently in town scouting locations for her fourth Uncommon James store and looked at a spot on King Street, which just so happens to be right where Craig Conover’s Sewing Down South store is located. Hmm!
But really, a store in Charleston could only mean one thing — more Kristin in Charleston, and more Kristin on Southern Charm. I’ve already made my plea, but truly, Kristin and pal Justin Anderson, who is never camera-shy, would be very intriguing additions to the cast for the next season. And if this scouting is any indication, maybe they’re one or two steps ahead on this already…
Southern Charm is not expected to begin filming until the fall so there’s still time to get it sorted, you know, if Kristin wants the store opening to be featured on the show and all… We’ll be staying tuned to their Instagrams for more indications that this dream reality TV crossover is becoming a real reality.
