‘Below Deck Med’: Courtney Veale Is The Early Breakout Comedy Queen

One of the best parts of Below Deck Mediterranean each season is the humor. There’s always a crew member that knows how to keep it real, how to keep it funny, and how to keep it real funny. Though we’re only two episodes into Season 6 (three if you’re watching on Peacock!) the clear frontrunner for funny female already is Courtney Veale.

The third stew is originally from North Wales and, according to her BravoTV.com bio, attended a performing arts college before setting sail for a variety of adventures around the world. She’s been a bartender, a nanny, and even played a princess at Disneyland Paris — dream job alert! She’s worked on boats all over the globe, from Australia to the South of France and now in Croatia, and it’s clear her experiences have given her a lot of perspective and a perfect sense of humor. We’ve already seen that she can get up early in the morning, make a mean coffee for the guests, and all while she’s got a smile on her face. Now that’s some five star service.

And we’re not the only ones keeping an eye on Courtney — it appears deckhand Zee is also developing a little crush, so stay tuned to see if a boatmance blossoms soon. Plus, we’ve still got all that impressive twerking to come!

We’d bet her friends back home with the houses and dogs and weddings are totally jealous of the baller life Courtney’s living right now.
