Today kicks off the 2021 British Open, showcasing some of the biggest talents in golf at Royal St. George’s Golf Course. After the prestigious event was canceled last year — for the first time since WWII — due to the coronavirus pandemic, it’s back for the 149th Open.

While few of us will have the chance to see all the action go down in-person in Sandwich, the good news is that it couldn’t be easier to watch golf’s oldest tournament live right from home, and we’re here to answer all of your questions about how to watch this year’s British Open.

Your best bet for watching the British Open on TV this year is to turn to the Golf Channel, which will be covering the event live. Coverage of the British Open on the Golf Channel will air from 4 a.m. to 3 p.m. ET both today and tomorrow, July 16. For Round 3, which takes place July 17, the Golf Channel will be broadcasting the event from 5-7 a.m. ET. NBC will also broadcast Round 3 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. ET on July 17. Catch the final round of the British Open July 18 on the Golf Channel from 4-7 a.m. ET or 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. ET on NBC.

No cable? No problem — you can also stream the British Open live this year. To watch all of the action go down, head to either Peacock or fuboTV, both of which will be offering coverage of the event. Peacock coverage starts today at 1:30 a.m. through 3 p.m. ET, with the same coverage schedule for Round 2 tomorrow (July 16).
