Based on the Tom Hanks movie of the same name, this continuation series stars Josh Peck as US Marshal Scott Turner Jr., the son of Hanks’ character from the 1989 film. When the buttoned-up Turner inherits the unruly Hooch, he begins to realize that the dog he never wanted may be the partner he’s always needed. Created by Matt Nix (The Good Guys, Burn Notice), the enjoyable new comedy also stars Carra Patterson, Brandon Jay McLaren, Anthony Ruivivar, and Vanessa Lengies.
