At long last, YOU is finally back in our lives to terrify and traumatize us. And this time around it’s getting to the disturbing core of one dysfunctional marriage.

We’ve already covered why this new season is worth your time. But if you’re anything like us, you’ve likely already finished this 10-episode new season. If you’re desperate for more chaos, glass cages, and mommy bloggers, we have your back. Here’s everything we know about YOU Season 4.

Will There Be a YOU Season 4?

There’s going to be a new batch of murders in your future. Ahead of the premiere of Season 3, YOU was renewed for a fourth season. “Reading Caroline’s novel, Greg and I were instantly obsessed with Joe Goldberg and his twisted world view,” showrunner Sera Gamble said in a statement. “And it’s been thrilling to watch Penn bring Joe to creepy yet compelling life. We’re deeply grateful that Netflix has shown YOU such monumental support and that people around the world have enjoyed watching Joe really get it all very wrong over the past 3 seasons. The whole YOU team is excited to explore new, dark facets of love in Season 4.”

When Will YOU Season 4 Premiere?

Considering the success of past seasons, it seems possible that YOU Season 4 could premiere as early as late 2022. That’s because it typically takes about a year to make a new season of the thriller. Season 2 premiered in December of 2019, a little more than a year after the first season concluded on Lifetime. The only exception to this timeline was this season.

Season 3 of the series was renewed in January of 2020, just weeks after the premiere of Season 2. Production was supposed to take place in February of last year, but because of delays caused by COVID-19, it didn’t pick up until November of 2020. Assuming there are no delays, it seems entirely possible that YOU Season 4 will land on Netflix in late 2022.

What Could Happen in YOU Season 4?

Are you ready for some spoilers? Because they’re coming.

Season 3 ended with Joe (Penn Badgley) leaving his wife Love (Victoria Pedretti) unconscious in a burning house. In a voiceover, he revealed that his plan worked. The police thought that Love killed Joe and then herself. After giving baby Henry to some actually nice friends, Joe took off to Paris. Joe still plans to find his latest obsession, Marienne (Tati Gabrielle). But this time around there’s a child involved as well, as a woman who’s terrified of him.
