Shion Takeuchi’s new adult animated series Inside Job has officially cracked Netflix’s vaunted Top 10 list. Featuring the voices of Lizzy Caplan, Christian Slater, Clark Duke, Tisha Campbell, and Andy Daly, this relentlessly clever workplace comedy follows a dysfunctional group of coworkers who both commit and manage the world’s conspiracies while working at the shadow government organization Cognito, Inc.

Decider’s Joel Keller gave the series a “stream it” recommendation, writing that the show’s “brand of humor goes way beyond just seeing lizard people struggle with the Keurig machine in the break room.” If you enjoyed Inside Job, I highly suggest streaming the ’90s/’00s classic King of the Hill. Available on Hulu, this beloved animated series isn’t tonally similar to Inside Job, but fans of brilliant joke writing will absolutely love it.

Let me put this way: There’s going to be more episodes of Inside Job.

Part 1 of Inside Job, which consists of ten episodes, debuted on Friday, October 22. Netflix’s original order was for 20 episodes, so Part 2, which will most likely consist of ten episodes, will presumably premiere on Netflix at a later date.

The next batch of episodes will be known as “Part 2.” While we don’t have any official information regarding future episodes (aka Season 2 or Parts 3 and 4), the critical acclaim, high-profile cast, Shion Takeuchi’s multiyear Netflix deal, and the show’s early popularity (it already cracked Netflix’s Top Ten list) bodes well for the show’s future.
