GAC Family Christmas Movie Schedule for 2021

Move over Hallmark and step aside Lifetime—there’s a new game in town when it comes to heartwarming holiday movies. GAC Family—the station formerly known as Great American Country, or just GAC—has a lineup of holiday movies that will make your season even merrier and brighter.

If this is the first time you’re hearing of the network and you’re wondering, “What is GAC Family?”—here’s some info! The network was rebranded in September 2021 after former Crown Media CEO Bill Abbott took control and rebranded GAC and Ride TV as GAC Family and GAC Living. And in case you’re wondering, the “C” in GAC now stands for Channels, not Country. With former Hallmark Channel head honcho Abbott in charge, the network is looking to make a name for itself in the holiday movie lineup. And they’re doing so with help from some familiar Hallmark stars.

GAC Family is kicking off with a baker’s dozen of original TV movies, and by announcing that Hallmark hall-of-famer Danica McKellar is jumping over to GAC where she will make holiday movies for them, exclusively. That’s a big deal! McKellar literally just starred in the first Hallmark movie of the 2021 holiday season!
