What Time Will ‘Army of Thieves’ Be on Netflix?

Remember Army of the Dead, the Zack Snyder zombie heist movie that was released on Netflix this past summer? Well, the story isn’t over yet. Or rather, there’s more to the beginning of the story than you thought. Army of Thieves, the prequel movie to Army of the Dead, is coming to Netflix this weekend, and while there aren’t many zombies, there are plenty of heists.

Taking place before the events of Army of the Dead, this new movie focuses entirely on Dieter Ludwig, the master lockpick of German descent in the first film. Matthias Schweighöfer stars as Dieter—or Sebastian, as we learn is his real name—and also directs this prequel, which was written by Shay Hatten with a story from Hatten and Zack Snyder.

Army of Thieves serves as an origins story for Dieter, who got his start pulling off heists with a different crew. The ensemble cast includes Nathalie Emmanuel, Guz Khan, Ruby O. Fee, Stuart Martin, Jonathan Cohen, and Peter Simonischek. There may not be zombies, but Army of Thieves is still a blast. But when will Army of the Thieves be on Netflix?
