‘Canada’s Drag Race’ Teases Season 2 Snatch Game Featuring—Bernie Sanders?! [Exclusive]

Attention all Drag Race fans—it’s time to play Snatch Game! Canada’s Drag Race Season 2 reached every season’s monumental challenge and Decider has an exclusive sneak peek at who two of the queens will be playing as. If these two choices are anything to go by, we’re in for a wild round of Snatch Game. Check out the clip above!

You watch it? You did? So… uh, what is going on?! As revealed in that clip, Kendall Gender is—of course—impersonating Kris Jenner. As for Eve 6000, she’s entering the most crucial Maxi Challenge of the season… as Bernie Sanders! Literally none of you saw that coming before today.

Bernie Sanders is a wild choice for Snatch Game, as queens tends to go for reality TV stars, influencers, pop divas, and old Hollywood starlets. But Eve 6000’s choice could pay off! Sometimes the weirder a character is, the easier it is to snatch a win—if you nail the impersonation. It’s too soon to tell if Eve 6000’s take on Bernie Sanders will be more like Gigi Goode’s Maria the Robot or… Crystal Methyd’s Poppy. One thing is for sure: the mittens are right, the wig is right, the parka is right—the look is right!

And while Kendall Gender’s pick may seem safe, or even obvious, you gotta take into account that queens tend to steer clear of impersonating celebs that have already been done to perfection on the show. Alexis Michelle’s Kris Jenner was so good back in Season 9’s Rusical that Jan avoided doing the momager in Season 12—even though Kris Jenner was literally part of Jan’s audition tape. Kendall will really have to crush it in order for the judges to see her Kris and not immediately think of Alexis Michelle.

There are still 9 queens left in the competition, which means there are 7 more celebs just waiting to be ruvealed. You can find out who’s who when the next all-new episode of Canada’s Drag Race premieres on WOW Presents Plus on Thursday, November 4 at 9 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. PT.
