After much anticipation, the beloved 90s anime series Cowboy Bebop is becoming live-action on Netlfix this weekend. This action-packed sci-fi neo-noir series follows a ragtag group of bounty hunters as they track and chase down criminals across the solar system. New on Netflix November 19: Tick, Tick…Boom!

Also new on Netflix this weekend is Tick, Tick…Boom!, the moving and emotional musical drama that brings Rent creator Jonathan Larson’s lesser-known musical masterpiece to life on screen. Directed by Hamilton‘s Lin-Manuel Miranda, Tick, Tick…Boom! tells the story of an aspiring theater composer who experiences a quarter-life crisis as he nears turning 30 with nothing to show for it. Not only does this piece have an insane cast including Andrew Garfield, Vanessa Hudgens, Joshua Henry, Richard Kind and more, but it also boasts amazing music, stellar dance sequences and — throughout it all — a storyline that will tug at your heartstrings in a deeply poignant way. New on Hulu November 19: The Great Season 2

Huzzah! The second season of Hulu’s historical comedy The Great is new on Hulu this weekend. A creative reinterpretation of the story behind Russia’s famous empress Catherine the Great, this entertaining dramedy picks back up with Catherine (Elle Fanning) just after she has successfully staged a coup and taken the crown from her husband, Peter (Nicholas Hoult). But if she thought taking over the country was hard, ‘freeing’ and reshaping it to fit her enlightenment-filled vision while pregnant is another thing altogether. Not to mention her hated-husband-turned-prisoner-turned…ally(?) will be there to muddle her heart along the way. Becoming a legend is not supposed to be easy, and this next step towards greatness will outline how “exactly” it was done in Season 2 of The Great on Hulu this weekend.

New on Amazon Prime Video November 19: The Wheel of Time Season 1

New on Amazon Prime Video this weekend is The Wheel of Time, a new fantastical adventure series. Based on Robert Jordan’s bestselling book series of the same name, The Wheel of Time follows Moiraine (Rosamund Pike), a member of a powerful organization of women who can use magic, as she takes a group of five young people around the world. The purpose? One of them is rumored to be the reincarnation of the Dragon, a powerful individual prophesied to either save the world or destroy it. But is that really the case, and what would happen if Moiraine finds out which one is the one that hold’s the world’s fate?
