“Welcome to the road not taken.” No, not the poetic metaphorical one. The intergalactic one that breaks the space-time continuum, because Jean-Luc Picard (Patrick Stewart), the superior Luc (yeah, we went there, Star Wars) is back to save the galaxy in a race against time, with Season 2 of Star Trek: Picard.
Though the season is mostly shrouded in secrecy, true to form we’ll get to see some old friends over the course of the show’s second season. In particular, fans are eagerly awaiting the reunion of Picard and Guinan (Whoopi Goldberg), as well as Jean-Luc’s arch-enemy, the all-powerful Q (John de Lancie). As for what else will happen? Dark timelines, trips to the past, and probably a whole lot more.

WHEN WILL STAR TREK: PICARD SEASON 2 PREMIERE ON PARAMOUNT+?
Make sure your space ships are fueled and ready because this Thursday, March 3, Star Trek: Picard is back for another season on Paramount+.
WHAT TIME DOES STAR TREK: PICARD PREMIERE ON PARAMOUNT+?
New episodes of Star Trek: Picard will debut weekly every Thursday on Paramount+. New films and TV shows are released on the streaming service at 3:00 a.m. ET (12:00 a.m. PT).
HOW MANY EPISODES ARE IN SEASON 2 OF STAR TREK: PICARD?
There will be 10 action-packed episodes, with each episode being released weekly. The first episode will air on Thursday, March 3 which means the season finale should premiere on Thursday, May 5 2022, though that is yet to be announced officially (previous Star Trek series have split their seasons, so stay tuned).

WHO IS IN SEASON 2 OF STAR TREK: PICARD?
It wouldn’t be a fight for the universe without Jean-Luc Picard, played by Patrick Stewart. In addition, Alison Pill returns as Agnes Jurati, Santiago Cabrera as Rios, Jeri Ryan as Seven of Nine, Evan Evagora as Elron and Michelle Hurd as Raffi. There are some notable new cast members this season, including Annie Wersching as the Borg Queen. John de Lancie is ready to stir up some more trouble as Q. Fans can also look forward to a guest appearance by The View’s Whoopi Goldberg.
