‘The Ultimatum’: New Netflix Dating Show Challenges Couples To Marry — Or Move On

Has Love Is Blind Season 2 left you hungry for more deranged dating show content? You’re in luck! Today, Netflix announced that another dating show from the show’s creators, titled The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On, is headed your way in April.

The 10-episode series will follow six different couples on the verge of marriage. While one partner is ready to get married, the other isn’t quite so sure. Rather than going to couples’ therapy, they face an ultimatum: Over the course of eight weeks, the hesitant partners must decide whether to commit to marriage or move on.

Meanwhile, each person will choose a new potential partner from one of the other couples and live together for three weeks in order to glimpse “two possible futures” — in other words, it’s a less gendered, less commited Wife Swap. Plus, Love Is Blind hosts Vanessa and (obviously) Nick Lachey will return as hosts, and hopefully get more than five minutes of screen time this time around.

As if that weren’t enough, viewers can also look forward to a whole new episode of Love Is Blind in the near future. Since Seasons 2 and 3 were filmed at the same time, you’ll never be starved for wild (and maybe even romantic)) reality content.

The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On premieres Wednesday, April 6. Scroll up to watch the official trailer.
