It’s interesting that Affleck has a knack for playing the male counterpart in a troubled marriage — Gone Girl, anyone? But this isn’t based on Affleck, it’s actually based on the 1957 novel of the same name. The film marks Fatal Attraction director Adrian Lyne‘s first movie since 2002.
